The short version
- kvoroom has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Anyone can report a message from inside the app; reports are reviewed by our team.
- We remove the content, permanently ban the account, and report it to the competent authorities.
- Child safety contact: info@kvoroom.app.
1.Zero tolerance
kvoroom is a chat app for people aged 18 and over. We prohibit, without exception, any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children. This applies everywhere in the service: room messages, direct messages, photos, usernames and avatars.
2.What is prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including drawn, edited or AI-generated images.
- Sexualising minors in text or images, including comments, "jokes" or role-play.
- Grooming: building trust with a minor in order to sexually exploit or abuse them.
- Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate images of a minor.
- Soliciting, offering or arranging sexual contact with a minor, online or in person.
- Trafficking of minors, or advertising or facilitating it.
- Sharing links to, or asking where to find, any of the above.
These rules are also part of our Terms of Service.
3.Age requirement
You must be at least 18 to use kvoroom, and you confirm your age when you sign up. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.
4.How to report
- In the app: press and hold any message and choose Report. Reports go to our moderation team. A message reported by several people is hidden for everyone until it's reviewed.
- Block: you can block any user at any time; they can no longer message you or join rooms you created.
- By email: write to info@kvoroom.app with the username involved and what happened. Do not send us copies of abusive images — describe them instead.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.
5.What we do
When we become aware of content or behaviour that breaks these standards, we:
- remove the content as quickly as possible;
- permanently ban the accounts involved, and ban any new accounts we link to the same person;
- preserve the relevant information as required by law, so it can be provided to investigators;
- report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent law-enforcement authorities, including in Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- cooperate with lawful requests from authorities investigating child exploitation.
We treat child safety reports as our highest priority and review them before any other report.
6.Compliance with the law
kvoroom complies with applicable child safety laws, including the obligation to report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities. Our moderation processes are designed to meet these obligations and Google Play's child safety standards.
7.Child safety contact
Our designated point of contact for child safety, for users, organisations and authorities, is info@kvoroom.app. We respond to child safety matters as a priority.
